Whole Food Nutrition

What do we mean by 'whole-food nutrition'?  It means you are getting the nutrients from the entire food, not just parts of that food, called 'isolates'.  For example, it is much healthier to eat an entire orange than to just drink the juice of an orange.  When you drink the juice you are missing on some important parts of the orange, like the pulp or the fiber.

So...where can you get all the fruits and veggies you need each day to supplement your diet?
